MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve network and system issues
- Manage internet connections and liaise with access providers
- Monitor technological developments and propose improvements to the IT system
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Minimum qualification: CAP / Technical Baccalaureate, ideally BTS in IT and Networks
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software
- Skills in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Good understanding of networks and internet connections (wired, Wi-Fi, Starlink)
- Experience in configuring and maintaining printers (local and network)
